The San Diego Reader covered the Coastal Commission hearing on Friday, April 16 concerning the Balboa Avenue Station rezoning plan and the failure of the City to address the impacts to Rose Creek and the Rose Creek bike path by increasing residential users seven-fold and encouraging users traversing between Pacific Beach and the trolley station east of Interstate 5 to travel along Rose Creek.
