Carpinteria Salt Marsh Nature Park

We could have this in San Diego if we have the political will to ReWild Mission Bay. Take Amtrak to Carpenteria for an overnight visit and visit this amazing place.  Downtown “Carp” is at the train station and the salt marsh is a few blocks away.
