Join us for an exciting presentation by Sasha and learn how to coexist with wildlife, what you can do to deter wildlife conflicts, and how Project Wildlife saves non-human lives.
Sasha is an Admissions Specialist at San Diego Humane’s Project Wildlife Rehabilitation Center receiving and triaging injured, sick, and orphaned wildlife as well as educating the public on wildlife co-existence and natural history. She has been with the organization for over 7 years and outside of work she is a certified UC California Naturalist and certified Trail Guide at Mission Trails Regional Park. She is passionate about participating in various local habitat restoration efforts, including at Rose Creek!
Project Wildlife is one of the largest wildlife rehabilitation programs in the U.S., caring for more than 10,000 injured, orphaned and sick animals each year. They’ve helped over 320 species — from hummingbirds and squirrels to bobcats and bears — providing lifesaving care and preparing them to return safely to the wild.
You won’t want to miss learning how you can help the wildlife who share our spaces.

7:15ish – 8:00 PM Friends of Rose Creek Business Meeting open to the public.

All meetings are open to the public.
