The planner for the proposed project at 2662 Garnet Avenue asked to reschedule to October 11th.
However, if you are interested, the PB Planning Group meeting will still happen.
The Pacific Beach Planning Group will hear from the developer of the proposed 50 story apartment building at 2662 Garnet Avenue (the former Wasabi Sushi). The Friends of Rose Creek has two major concerns:
The height of the building may shadow the native plants in Rose Creek.The ask for landscaping to be all native plants.
