2662 Garnet Housing Project

The Pacific Beach Planning Group will hear from the developer of the proposed 50 story apartment building at 2662 Garnet Avenue (the former Wasabi Sushi). The Friends of Rose Creek has two major concerns:
- The height of the building may shadow the native plants in Rose Creek.
- The ask for landscaping to be all native plants.
