Join the San Diego Audubon Society, the Friends of Rose Creek, and the University of California Natural Reserve System on Saturday, February 1st, 2020 fro 10 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
The 14th annual celebration of our local wetlands – why they matter, how they are threatened, and what you can do to help!
You’ll have a unique opportunity to experience a reserve that is normally closed to the public because of its fragile habitat. There will be marsh walks, presentations by local environmental groups and other fun educational activities. If possible, bring rain boots for the marsh walk and be prepared for some muddy fun. This is a family friendly event, so bring your future conservationists too!
