The upper Rose Creek salt marsh in Pacific Beach has eucalyptus trees that are blocking the sun for a Coast Live Oak that need more light to thrive.  We also have a number of Brazilian Pepper trees that are spreading and providing habitat for illegal activities.

We are looking for volunteers with the knowledge and equipment to address both these issues.  We’ll show you where the issues are and you address them. There is vehicle access to the 20+ foot tall eucalyptus trees that need to be trimmed back.

If you or anyone you know is interested in tackling one or both of these issues, call Karin @ 858-405-7503 or email info@saverosecreek.org.
