The Balboa Station Area Specific Plan, a.k. a. Pacific Beach/Clairemont Trolley Transit Oriented Development District Planning, will be providing community updates in October at both the Clairemont and Pacific Beach Planning groups. The planning area includes Rose Creek downstream from I-5. An update on the project will be provided at the following meetings:
- Clairemont Planning Group Meeting – Tuesday, October 20 @ 6:30 p.m. Cadman Elementary School Auditorium, 4370 Kamloop Avenue. San Diego CA 92117.
- Pacific Beach Planning Group Meeting – Wednesday, October 28 @ 6:30 p.m. Pacific Beach Library, 4275 Cass St, San Diego, CA 92109.
SANDAG/City Open House Workshop: Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2015, 4:00-6:15 pm (pending)- before the Pacific Beach Planning Group Meeting – @ 6:30 p.m. Earl & Birdie Taylor Library, 4275 Cass Street. San Diego CA 29109.The daytime workshop in PB has been cancelled!

I missed the meeting regarding the Balboa Station Area Specific Plan & wonder if there is a website I can go to see what was discussed, plans shown etc. This would be for Rosecreek downstream from I-5, plus any plans, developments, expectations or concerns for the residential housing/military & industrial businesses in that area.
